Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at orders@keepsakemagnets.com, We'll make it right.
