All magnets are made to order with care. Our current processing time is 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on the option selected:

• Standard Shipping ($8): 5–7 business days (typically 3–10 total delivery days depending on USPS)
  
• Priority Shipping ($15): 2–3 business days
  
  All orders are shipped via USPS.

Your order will include the exact number of magnets you selected, printed with your chosen images. Each set of magnets is shrink wrapped for protection and placed in a black satin keepsake bag.

Orders are shipped securely in a bubble mailer or shipping box (for larger orders).

Each set ordered/Single Magnets- includes its own black satin keepsake bag.

Example:
If you order two 12-packs and one 6-pack, you will receive three satin bags — one for each set.
****You can also purchase additional satin bags as an add-on if you'd like extra gift packaging.

For best results:

• Use high-quality, clear images
  
• Avoid blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos
  
  If your image is blurry when uploaded, it will print blurry.

Yes! You can crop and reposition your image when ordering. Once uploaded, from there you will click the image to reposition and/or crop- try to stay away from the outer most edge.

Important: What you see in the circle preview is exactly what will be printed and cut.

These are decorative magnets with a light-to-medium hold.
They can hold:
✔ 1–2 pieces of thin paper
✔ 1 piece of cardstock
✖ Not intended for heavy paper or thick items

⚠️ Please note: Licensed or trademarked images (NFL teams, Disney, Apple, etc.) cannot be printed without proper permission or licensing.

We cannot print:

• Trademarked or licensed characters/logos without permission
  
• Copyrighted sports teams, brands, or media content

Yes! We offer rush processing and expedited shipping options at checkout (when available).

No, at this time we only ship within the United States.

We may feature customer photos in our marketing advertisement and/or social media.
At checkout, you will be asked if you allow your photos to be used for promotional content.
If you prefer not to, that’s completely okay—just select no.
